一、课程性质和学习目的

　　《外贸应用文》是经贸英语专业一门重要的实践课程，本课程着重培养考生英语外贸应用文的基本技能，重点教授英语外贸应用文的最基本内容。
　　通过本课程的学习，考生要掌握英语外贸应用文的写法和原则，学习最基本的英语外贸应用文知识。能够写出格式规范、语言流畅的英语外贸应用文。

第一章对外公务、商务访问

（一）有关出访的通信。1.出访建议；2.邀请信；3.访问具体安排；4.访问日程表；5.访问结束后的感谢信。
（二）外事活动。1.请柬、回帖与名片；2.宴会讲话；3.国际经贸会议讲演。

第二章业务通信

（一）信笺设计。
（二）信笺格式。
（三）传真格式。
（四）信封的写法。
（五）往来业务信件示例。
（六）业务通信常用语句。

第三章国际经济、贸易协定、议定书

（一）贸易协定。
（二）经济技术合作协定。
（三）贸易议定书。
（四）经济技术合作议定书。

第四章国际经济、贸易合同

（一）商品进出口合同示例。1.售货合同；2.购货合同。
（二）其他类型国际贸易合同。1.寄售合同；2.代理合同；3.易货合同；4.来料加工装配合同；5.补偿贸易合同；6.合作经营合同。
（三）国际技术、劳务合同。1.劳务合同；2.派遣专家合同；3.设计合同；4.项目安装合同；5.工程承包合同；6.许可证合同；7.空运代理协议。

第五章旅行国际贸易合同单证

（一）信用证。

（一）中华人民共和国对外贸易法。
（二）中华人民共和国涉外经济合同法。
（三）中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法。

第九章商业广告

（一）商业广告。

（三）其他经贸活动广告。

三、命题原则

本课程考试命题的广度和难度根据大纲规定的知识范围和能力要求而确定。试题难易程度分为易、较易、较难、难四个等级。每份试卷中各种难易程度的试题所占分数的比例一般为：易占20%左右，较易占30%左右，较难占30%左右，难占20%左右。
